Remember that security question you entered when you signed up for your new account? Well, the answer to that question will be utilized to determine if you are in fact who you say you are.

After you enter your user name and click on the "Submit" button, you will be prompted to give the answer to your security question. If you don't answer the security question correctly, you won't be able to get your password and will have to set up a New Account in order to log in to the member's area of the site.

This emphasizes the importance of using a strong security question when you first establish your account. If you are the only person who knows the answer to your security question, no one will ever be able to gain access to your password.
