Amabilis Mountain - 2.25.2008
The Amabilis Mtn ski tour starts from Exit 63 off of I-90 (2200')... this photo was taken at the 2 mile mark... looking back towards Keechelus Lake and the Snoqualmie Pass area.

The road is usually groomed to the 2 mile mark where you can turn left or go straight... if you go straight, you will have to cross the avalanche chute just ahead.

|
At the 4 mile mark (4400') you reach a plateau and get a nice view of Keechelus Lake on the left and Keechelus Ridge on the right... only a half mile left to reach the Amabilis summit.
