Aneroid Mountain (Wallowa Mountains) - 8.22.2008
Shortly after getting off of the Wallowa Lake Tramway at the top of Mt. Howard, we will head towards East Peak in the center of this photo.

We are heading for the saddle between Hidden Peak on the left and East Peak (not shown).

At the saddle between East and Hidden peaks we look across Bonneville Mtn to the white limestone of the Matterhorn.

From the saddle between East and Hidden Peaks we look down on Aneroid Lake... Petes Point is above the lake on the left... Glacier Peak and Eagle Cap Mtn are in the distance.

From the East/Hidden saddle we will traverse on the right side of Hidden Peak over to the saddle between Hidden Peak and Aneroid Mtn.
