Granite Mountain - 6.4.2009
rodman's GPS route for Granite Mtn... 6 miles roundtrip, gaining 3747 feet of elevation.

We started at the Pratt Lake Trailhead... Exit 47 off of I-90.

After .75 miles of hiking we took the Granite Mtn Trail.
|
We left the trail on good boot-path at the first avalanche gully.
|
Continuing up the avalanche gully.
|
Almost to the top of the avalanche gully... a nice breeze was beneficial.

and we only have a few steps left to reach the summit.

We decided to take the summer route back down.
