Ski a short distance on FS 4826...

and turn right and head uphill on FS 4822.

The snow is barely hanging on for the first mile.

After skiing a little more than two miles I looked back on Keechelus Lake... with Tinkam Peak, Silver Peak and Mt. Catherine.

Plenty of fresh snow at 3500 feet.
