Frenchman Coulee - 3.5.2011
Drive 30 miles east of Ellensburg on I-90 to Vantage... cross the Columbia River and drive 5 miles north to Exit 143 (Silica Road).

After exiting the freeway, we drove a short distance north and turned left on to Old Vantage Road... drove past the main parking area... and parked just off of the road at the west end of the coulee.
|
A climbers trail traverses ~200 feet above the coulee... many many climbing routes for all levels of ability.
