Cape Hanamanioa - Maui - 4.17.2012
Drive ~10 miles south of Kihei to Makena... then drive south on the Makena Road... pass by Makena State Park... drive through the Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve and continue to the end of the road.

La Perouse Bay is located at the end of Makena Road.

Time to leave Cape Hanamanioa and head back to the car... the hike was ~3 miles roundtrip, gaining minimal elevation.
