Bigelow, Kellogg, Incinerator, Leopold & Barnum - 4.8.2017
We started our trip from the Bigelow Trailhead... just off of the Catalina Highway... an eighth of a mile east of the Palisades Visitor Center... this hike/scramble was 6 miles roundtrip, gaining 1759 feet of elevation.

After hiking .4 miles we arrived at the saddle between Mt. Bigelow and Kellogg Mountain... we will turn west (left) and continue on up to Mt. Bigelow before returning to this saddle.

There are several communication towers on the summit (8520+) of Mt. Bigelow.

We have left the towers of Mt. Bigelow behind... returned to the Bigelow/Kellogg saddle and are following the Incinerator Ridge Trail as it passes underneath the summit of Kellogg Mountain... we will tag Kellogg Mountain at the end of our hike.

Back at the Bigelow/Kellogg saddle now... I decided to head up to the Kellogg Mountain summit... doesn't look very inviting... but I will see if I can avoid all of the prickly brush.
