The unpaved parking area for this unsigned trailhead is located less than a half-mile NE from the very popular Barker Dam paved parking lot.

After hiking a short distance we arrived at the Worth Bagley ranch... aka the Wonderland Ranch.

Hiking beyond the ranch and into the south entrance of the Wonderland of Rocks.

Hiking into the Wonderland of Rocks.

Rain from the night before kept us on the rocks as much as possible... passing the Shark Rock here.

Looking over at the two Astro Domes as we hike deeper into the Wonderland of Rocks.

Hiking past the Freak Brothers Dome.

I'm calling it the Red Obelisk Amphitheater.

			 Hiking toward the Red Obelisk.

The back side of the Red Obelisk looks more like an unhappy elf.

Star Dancer and Denali Girl are getting ready to scramble up some rocks.

Star Dancer is the expert here... and Denali Girl follows.

Nice place to eat some lunch... with a nice look into the Wonderland of Rocks.

After I eat my lunch I'm going up there following what looks like a very convenient ramp.

			 Heading up.

			 Still going up.

Most of the way up... looking down on my companions.

Continuing up... looks like a huge gila monster up there just waiting for my arrival.

Denali Girl took this photo of me up there in the cloud.

Pano shot of the Wonderland of Rocks from near my high point.

Denali Girl (lower right corner of photo) is coming up.

Denali Girl got this photo of me calling on all of my reserves to deal with a 4 foot section of very steep rock.

After exhaling I took this pano... the gang is at the bottom of the photo.

			 Passing by Garrett's Arch.

			 Relaxing in the sunshine.

Continuing our loop hike in the Wonderland of Rocks.

The rocks above are calling out to Star Dancer.

Another nice spot to take a break from the day-to-day grind of life!

Continuing on our loop hike in the Wonderland of Rocks.

Star Dancer watches dksman coming down from above.

Looking for the best route down to the desert floor.

			 Moon over rock.

			 Working our way down.

Looking back at the pass (right) we just came threw.

It is best to deal with some rocks by going underneath them.

			 Looking back at our route.

Still working our way down to the desert floor.

Still working our way down to the desert floor.

We exited the Wonderland of Rocks at the Wall Street Stamp Mill.

Leaving the Wall Street Stamp Mill on a nice trail that will follow along the southern border of the Wonderland of Rocks for a mile or so back to our car... our loop trip was 4.2 miles, gaining 707 feet of elevation.
