We parked at the 'Hall of Horrors' parking lot in Joshua Tree National Park... from the west pay entrance of the park... drive Park Blvd for 12 miles to the parking area.

We hiked around the rock formations that we could see from the parking area in the first photo and are heading for the 'King Dome' rock formation in this photo.

We hiked around to the north side of the 'King Dome'... here Denali Girl scrambled up 30 feet or so to see the arch from the back side.

Nearing the 'Hall of Horrors' parking lot as we return to our car... Ryan Mountain is across the street... the hike was a total of 1.2 miles, gaining 117 feet of elevation.
